When to contact support

Contact support when:

  • billing cannot continue
  • a user cannot access important parts of the system
  • reports or stock values look seriously incorrect
  • printer issues continue after basic checks
  • you need help setting up your shop correctly

What to include in your message

Please include:

  • your business name
  • the affected branch or device, if relevant
  • the name of the user who saw the issue
  • what happened
  • when it happened
  • a screenshot, if available
