Check the printer

Confirm that:

  • power is on
  • paper is loaded correctly
  • the printer is selected properly in the system
  • the connection is secure

Review the sample and make sure:

  • text is clear
  • no lines are cut off
  • the correct business details appear
  • the receipt prints without delays or errors

If there is a problem
