Business details affect how your shop appears in the system and on receipts.
Details to review
Check that the following are current:
- business name
- address
- contact number
- any other official details your receipts or reports rely on
When to update them
Review business details when:
- you first launch SmartBill POS
- the branch contact details change
- printed receipts show outdated information
After making changes
Run a test print and confirm the correct information appears where expected.
