Receipts and Reprints
Receipts are an important part of customer service and daily sales records.
After completing a sale
Check that the receipt:
- prints clearly
- includes the expected business details
- matches the bill total
When to reprint a receipt
You may need to reprint when:
- the printer had a problem
- the customer asks for another copy
- the first printout is unclear
Good receipt habits
Before reprinting, make sure you are opening the correct sale. This avoids giving the wrong receipt to the wrong customer.
