Can more than one staff member use SmartBill POS?

Yes. It is best to give each staff member their own login so activity and permissions stay clear.

Should each cashier have a separate account?

Yes. Separate accounts improve accountability and make role control easier.

Can I reprint a receipt?

If your role allows it, you can usually open the related sale and print the receipt again.

How often should I update products and stock?

Update them whenever there is a real change. Do not wait until the end of the week if prices or stock changed today.

What should I do if the printer stops working?

Check power, paper, connection, and printer selection first. Then review Printer Setup and Troubleshooting.
